Is anyone having problems accessing the servint network?

Is Servint down? I can't access any of my VPS and customer service is not picking up the phone.

I called them and they acknowledged that they have a network issue. It seems to only affect certain ISPs -- some people can reach their sites and others can't.

Yes I am unable to resolve target with tracert. Does anyone know how long this has been going on? Most traces from tracert.com are not resolving, some are.

Servint has acknowledged a problem with the Williams router. Those affected should be coming back up shortly. I am still not up though. I can access servint though.
