Custom Freehosting Script..

I am looking for a programmer to make a custom freehosting script like homefree by solutionscripts.com . I will need what it has and more, like ftp uploading, ability to scan images to verify they are images, ability for user to upload a compressed file .zip .tar and umpress it from the user manager. Everything doesnt need to be available to start, but if can be implemented with ftp to start and the other stuff added gradually that is fine. Please contact me thankyou. rodent @dahi.net
