I just realized that I type like a reject... using only three fingers (2 on my right hand 1 on the left). I type fast though, even though I only use 3 fingers.

I never learned how to place my fingers properly. I want to be able to type without looking.

I can type without looking, but every so often I get some letters wrong, like ive done that 3 times now during this reply... but I can correct them without looking.

With me not having to write a lot of letters though, whats wrong with looking at the keyboard?

I can type without looking. No idea how many wps though. I can also type fast with just one hand

makes typing alot faster.

I think I need to start placing my fingers properly... i'm sure that typing with 3 fingers the way I am right now is not correct and slowing me down

Not sure what the correct way is though, i'll fiqure it out when i'm not feeling so lazy.

Without looking at the screen or the keyboard? I'm writing this using the screen only, not looking at keyboard. The next sentance will be not looking at anything. Just the wall. I;m tyoing not looking at anything. Actuallly I;m staring at a bird.

I can type without looking too... Not sure when I acquired the skill . In fact, I just type this reply without even looking at my keyboard. Not bad eh?

I type using 4 fingers (2 left, 2 right) occasionally using another finger if needed. I'm fairly fast at typing.

It feels kind of weird, as I can usually type perfectly without even looking at the screen or the keyboard (as I just did right now) but I have no idea how to type using the home keys. I don't think I'll ever learn the proper way to type but I guess I don't need to

I only got up to 95 words per minute. My grandmother can do 100+ easily. And, I've mastered everything on the keyboard except for the numbers. They're the only thing that slows me down or causes me to have to look at it.

But yea, it's completely ridiculous compared to how I started years ago. I can remember picking at the keys trying to type wonder why the heck they made these darn contraptions so complicated

I dont know how many words a minute I type, but I type without looking at the keyboard or the words i am typing most of the time, and can realize if i made a mistake before I even see it.

I learned like 2 years ago when I noticed how badly I typed, so I told myself I was going to learn how to type without looking and learn the keys - and 2 weeks later I was learned.
