hi,
i have phoned this company from the uk for the past two days and i get to their automated operator, i select either sales or tech sup and i get either a leave a message or a hold music loop, after 20 minutes of hold i get disconnected.
Is the company having problems? They advertise 24 7 sales and tech support. obviously this isnt true. ive left messages and sent emails to no success. ok so its the weekend so im not expecting a quick reply but some would be nice.
any ideas whats up?

I have called Internet Express looking for Co-Location because I live in San Diego and did not have a good experience with them.

I do not recall the persons name that I spoke to but my impression from this company is that they are not professional or helpful. The rep I spoke to was short with me and not willing to answer price questions over the phone.
