PHP Image Upload

OK.. I have a module for Nuke that I am working on.

It's a very simple store front that has multipole catergorys, and a catalog, with pics and descritions. Add to cart and checkout.. Very simple but gets the job done.

I am trying to make an upload function so you can upload an image. There is no security needed because security is already screened by Nuke itself. The user must already be an Admin before they can access the module.

All I need is to allow a simple upload.
I've used dozens of freebie snipets and cannot gat any of them to work. If they do work they wind up screwing up the theme of nuke and it looks awful.

I only need something qick and drity.

This image is something like I am trying to acomplish. However, this a non-fucntional right now. When I try to add the code to make the upload work it screws up the apearance.
There are menus on both sides of the page. I cant seem to keep that apearance.

Any clues?

As of now an admin can create entries and refer the item to an image and it works. But Id like to add the ability to upload an image for the item or catergory without haveing to use an existing image or uploading via FTP. Visitors can als veiw the items. The Module is fully funtional except I can't seem to get the upload to work..

Any sugestions would be great..
Its a sleazy module I downloaded and modified. I'm using it as a temporary solution until I find a better storefont module for nuke..

If you've got any sugestions on a fully funcional one rather than wasting my time with this please let me know I'll give it a crack.

Thx..
