Hello,

Which account are you interested in? For the most part, we don't offer additional disk space on accounts - if you needed more, you would need to upgrade to the next larger account. Bandwidth is basically the same deal, howver if you plan to go over your bandwidth limit from time to time just email us - we will make arrangments for extra bandwidth to be allocated to your account for $1 per gb. Obviously if you plan to be over your bandwidth limit on a regular basis it is better to upgrade your acccount in that situation rather than pay the overage each month.

BTW.. dont really like GNAX.. got DNS prob with my ISP accessing web hosted on GNAX.. dunno why.. But its not GNAX prob.. its my ISP prob...

Actually, we have seen problems with IP's at multiple datacenters (ServerMatrix specifically) due to a bunch of IP's that were not previously available for public use being assigned out by ARIN. None of the big ISP's (ie AOL, Earthlink, Comcast, etc) has these IP's set as routable in their core routers, so half of our customers couldn't see sites placed there. Very odd problem, but a little time cleared it up after ARP tables had a chance to update.

GNAX has been excellent for us - 100% network and hardware uptime since we have had servers in their datacenter, and our pings there, even from the mountain west area where we are located, are consistently better than they are to some other DC's that are much closer geographically to us. Plus Jeff over at GNAX is just a cool guy to deal with. We like his services so much that we resell GNAX dedicated servers also.

We are pretty fast to answer the vast majory of support requests, and our customers have been pretty happy with our system so far, so I guess 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' would apply here
