Added IP address's dropping

Hi, we have a strange issue on at least one of our servers. We have a block of 10 ips that we added through WHM and it added them fine, but it is dropping the IP's out of WHM and of course the clients site that is issued that ip is down. I found a workaround, by going into /etc/ips and deleting the ips and then go back into WHM and readd them...this has happened 3 or 4 times now in the past 3 weeks. Any ideas on what could be causing that or how to fix it? To me it almost sounds like the ips are conflicting but I don't think it would let me readd them and the sites come back online if that was an issue....I appreciate any help or ideas...thanks in advance.

I'm not sure you have the same problem as I'm facing.

But my guess would be someone else trying to use the same IPs....?
