We are the only site on the server, and we gave advanced notification of this about 4 days ago. http://forums.insiderhosting.com/sho...?threadid=1541

We also have off-network status page and contact information, so clients can always maintain contact with us, so not sure what else we can do

About off-network status page, my browser only showed network not available page. Maybe because I use opera browser.

I needed support when your site was off network. It wasn't urgent since my site was up as usual, but I was curious because this has not happened before with Insiderhosting. That is the reason I asked here.

What you can do is to send email notifications to clients next time your website are offline, since not everyone check your forums regularly.

This is not a complain, I can HIGHLY recommend your service and support.

Just my five cents...

I have a 4 years reselling experience. But only since I joined Insiderhosting I have got a real support.

I highly recommend Insiderhosting. After close to one year with them I can sleep every and each night without fear.
