Not sure what you mean. Taking your last 3 month revenue average, how much exactly do you make a month?

Correct. Our developers do not need to be taken over. You may choose to continue work with them or to keep them for a limited take-over time (1/2/3 months).

Additionally the contract will include (of course) the clause that we will not develop similar products for 24 months after buy out.

FHDave:
Our company may have a revenue of 2,500$ or 10,000 $ or 25,000 $
We want to protect our business, therefore this table which makes it hard to guess about which company we are talking about.

If you think you can make an offer for a company having a revenue of 2,500$ monthly, do it.
If you think you can make an offer for a company having a revenue of 10,000$ monthly, do it.
If you think you can make an offer for a company having a revenue of 20,000$ monthly, do it.

For example you can say:
If your revenue is about 5,000$ average the last three months, then I offer xxx K
If it is 10,000$, I offer yyy K
and if it is 15,000$, I offer zzz K

Of all the offers we will filter the ones who are the best for our real revenue and will contact the bidders.

This is not the way to sell a company. You are also not listing any facts about your company. And no person in their right mind would offer a 6 figure price for a company that makes only 5k a month. with all the stuff you have listed I doubt you will get any offers without any more information.

As thomor25 said, a little more information would probably help you in possibly getting offers.

Also, the quote above made us lose interest right away and you may want to alter it a bit. I understand wanting to protect your current customers, but without more details on your company and product line who knows if it's economical for a purchaser to abide by, so this kind of thing should be nogotiated further along between you and any possible buyers, not set in stone upfront as it just scares people off.

Good luck,
Scott
