Design Advice

Hi,

Just a bit of advice here plz

Which of the below logos do you like the best and why - i really need to know thanks - The images are to be used on the web and in print, pdf's etc if that helps.

Please see the first logo in this post - and logo 2 in the next post

I voted for the 1st one.

I would add some shading to both image and text.
And some inner or outer glow to the image...

Just some thoughts.
