What would you pay for colo in ST. Louis, MO?

Full Cabinet: $450 (This sound good?)
XO Bandiwdth: $60/mbit
NAC Bandwidth: $75/mbit
XO+NAC Bandwidth: $80/mbit

We are in XO's facility in St. Louis, MO and the NAC would be over private OC3 from Chicago. What are your thoughts on this pricing? Would anyone be interested. We are open to all suggestions so please post yours...

What about if you also had the option of HE at under $55/mbit? We currently have XO but are looking to add NAC at $75/mbit or HE at under $55/mbit. Either way its multihomed. Cabinets are $450 for 1 or $425 for 2 or more
