SSL Cert Problem

I have two SSL certs installed on two differet cPanel servers, both of them when navigating to the domain popup the "company you have not chosen to trust blah blah blah" warning

They are both from http://certs.ipsca.com i've used their certs before with no problems, when i use the check on the site it tells me the CA bundle insn't installed, hence the warning well i've tried to re-install from WHM ticking the "update" option and using the bundle, but no change, i've also tried a new install from WHM without ticking the update option.

Shouldn't using the update option just overwrite the .crt files and keep everything else the same? why am i still getting the warning? ;\

Any ideas? would removing them completley from httpd.conf and re-installing make any difference? or am i mabye missing something else?

Thanks

I would suggest you to remove the ssl installation for your domain completly and then reinstall it.

This will work :-D

With certain certs, you have to manually edit httpd.conf and add in some extra SSL settings. Follow the directions on the site you bought the cert from.
