Whois information

I have been made aware of a website that has listed MY name, home address, phone number as the administrative contact and the registrant of the domain. Even though I do not own this domain or am affiliated at all with the site in question.
What I want to do is make them remove it. How can I go about doing this?

Contact the person if you can find anything on the website. Otherwise contact the registar because the real owner could get into some trouble. I think that the latter will be more effective depending who the domain is with.

Find out the parent company that they got their domain from and send a nice letter to them stating your problem and proof.

It was registered through ev1servers, which I guess they get their domain services through Tucows. Who would be best to contact? Would ev1servers be able to do anything about it?

I would send a letter to ev1servers and CC it to tucows. Or vice versa...

Yep... if you want to take that route, since you're officially listed as the registrant it's your domain. You could contact the registrar and arrange to make any changes you want, get the passwords to make changes, etc. If you're only the registrant and admin contact, some registrars might require confirmation from the another contact -- but not all of them do.

Not that it'd be right of course. But it's an option.
