I have been using them for just over a month. 29 transactions in that time. They keep ciustomers anonymous, so my return page must validate a customer's ID for my service. 97% of the time the transactions using Bitpass went straight into my database as opposed to my transactions with Payingez.com (stay away from Payingez I have documented proof of their theft).
Customer Support with Bitpass is on the half full side of the glass. Answers within a day, but my current issue (regarding 2 customers who paid via a Paypal/Bitpass combo but didn't get their credit is still unresolved. (I can't use Paypal) My repeat customers sent me payment receipts from Paypal and I credited them, but after a few days I'm unsure if Bitpass credited my account with their payments. Bitpass purchase records do not show customer ids, but dates and times only within 24 hours I think. so the questioned purchases are lost among the others to me. I may have lost $10. No problem, but what happens if it reaches $100 or $1000? Bitpass does sound great for a system that requires less identification, like a music download. I will put my brother's music online using them. I understood that going in and I'm glad I chose them.
One must wait 30 days before withdrawing cash. I've just reached that point and I think they'll pay me, unlike PayingEZ. Did I mention them?
