I've had a box with Nocster since quite a while, right through their network trouble period (it's not mission critical, so I saw no reason to dispense with it straight away).
The network has certainly improved for me recently. In the past month or so the only problem I've had was consistently low packet loss on their Cogent link, which made SSH sessions from Europe rather uncomfortable. That's since been fixed and I've had no problems since - negligible packet loss and good network speeds.
I couldn't really comment on support as I've always found them to be quite responsive (maybe I'm just not demanding enough ). The last server I ordered, about a month ago, was set up within 12 hours so no problems there. I'm not sure I'd recommend them for a mission critical service until I've seen a few more months of stability, but there are certainly no problems right now.

Yes, I heard from someone from this forum that their service is getting better.
Anyway, does their Cogent connection slow the speed significantly?

I haven't noticed any speed issues with cogent.
I don't really see how you can go wrong with their prices and the level of service and support you get for it.
I have no reservations in recommending them.

Nocster customers get onlly trouble ticket support, which has pretty responsive lately.
You are only allowed to call for reboots/emergencies. The number is 1-877-BURSTNET. Calling tech support to determine the service level should always be part of your evaluation of a hosting provider. I recommend testing on a Sunday, and having a good book to read. 760 rings is my record.

Oh, sorry, so...Do you still have any server with them? How do they work on the business lately, still with bad support, or just bad network, or...both?

We have several servers there.
No network issues.
No support issues.
Again, I will highly recommend them.
