PaySystems issue credits

Is there a way within PaySystems to issue a credit on a recurring transaction. We sometimes need to skip a recurring transaction for a month.

Thanks,
Shasta

Nothing automated. They'll generally do whatever you need done if you contact them.

You would then have to refund a recurring transaction. Don't refund the main Paysystems account [as this will remove it from the recurring database], just refund a recurring transaction under that account, if you want to issue a credit etc.

Ok I guess what I want to do is cheating or simply not possible then.

We use PaySystems for recurring, but would like to adjust the amount monthly (sometimes) to work in support of our Affiliate program.

We pay our customers for referring business.

If they pay us $20 for service, but are due $15 in commissions, then the net is $5.00 and we would like to recur the $5 instead of having two transactions.

I am beginning to think that Pay$ystems would like us to use two transactions. Because they make money on both.

I guess our affiliate program has to work separately still. But it does not make sense to have two systems.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Shasta

Stop giving credits for referrals.

You could just send referrals to your client's PayPal accounts. That's one way around it.

Maybe Paysystems is not the platform for you to be giving credits for referrals? They have a great platform, but flexibility is not one of its strong points.
