I got a chargeback notice (charge + $25 ch.bk. fee) last week and was told to provide proof within two days. Oddly, for a chargeback, the customer site still resolved to our server so I emailed them the proof of purchase along with a customer statement that he did not want a chargeback and never requested one. AND a statement from someone at American Express saying that nothing is on record there that the chargeback was ever requested. I don't know how much more proof you can provide than that, but so far it seems like the ticket system has been a black hole.
