Just curious if ANYONE has ever received a response from filling out a support ticket at PaySystems. I've put in about four over the past couple years and never received anything besides one autoresponse.

Yes we have, but it's quicker to use live support and belive me, man have we had to use their support.

Yep I've used the tickets a time or two and they were answered but the livehelp is typically best for us too.

Thanks, I guess we will see. I already tried live help but it was no help. They directed me to put in a ticket.

I got a chargeback notice (charge + $25 ch.bk. fee) last week and was told to provide proof within two days. Oddly, for a chargeback, the customer site still resolved to our server so I emailed them the proof of purchase along with a customer statement that he did not want a chargeback and never requested one. AND a statement from someone at American Express saying that nothing is on record there that the chargeback was ever requested. I don't know how much more proof you can provide than that, but so far it seems like the ticket system has been a black hole.

If you see my thread "PaySystems Problems" and the problems I've had in the last 2 days, you're definately not alone.

Funny how the Live Chat goes quiet when you ask a question they don't want to answer.

10 mins later, you get a request to send in a ticket.

End of tether time for me with PaySystems now I'm afraid.
