Spam

I bought a reseller plan from a company.
One of my customer send SPAM emails. So company suspend customer hosting...
When I contact Company with promise of not sending SPAM in future (on the behalf of customer) they reply they never host that cutomer any more. My customer say he not send SPAM, only send mails to his current and old customers.

Now I have few question...
1. How hosting company know that my customer send SPAM.
2. How mails not show as SPAM.
