I've sent various e-mails support@mypaysystems.com, because I haven't been able to log on to the merchant center since January 1st.

The error I get is "The Company ID, Merchant ID and Password were not found in our user registry. Please check your records and try again.'

Yet I do still get the daily activity e-mails etc...

Does anyone know of alternative e-mail addresses I can try?

Not sure of emails but you should call their 1866 # which is usually fast and effective, 1-866-699-9022

Could try sales@2checkout.com or sales@wprlpay.com
