Just about all debit cards can now be used as credit cards, so you should be able to set this up with a numerous amout of merchant gateways,,, i.e. authorize.net, etc.

If you are a brick & mortar account, you can contact your CC processor to add that into your account. Debit cards themselves cannot be used online because of security / encryption reasons right now. If it does have a MasterCard/Visa logo - which they all do because it opens up the market - they can use it online.

Debit cards are great for bricks and mortar if they have a terminal with an internal or external PinPAD. Saves the merchant having to pay the % discount rate.

What do you precisely mean "like PayPal"? In what respect?

What country do you expect the cards to come from?

If you mean is there anybody who will processs sales from a site for nothing, then i think the answer is"NO". If there is anyone who knows otherwise do tell us

There the 2 I mentioned. 2checkout is another one that takes debit cards under the Visa/Mcard umbrellas. Do a search. There may be many. These are just those I have experience of. Avoid theirPaySytems like the plague. Planet Payments are another crowd that don't reply to anything. Avoid.

www.paypal.com
www.2checkout.com
www.worldpay.com

Surprisingly complicated, eh?

BTW, Switch and to a lesser extent Solo are important for the UK and Maestro (Mcard brand) for Europe.
