I posted that topic about reboot not working via WHM yesterday.
Well, I spoke with SM and they said they would need to do some testing, as it's strange that the graceful reboot wouldn't work.
They, of course, gave me the option to turn it down, so I'm wondering what your thoughts are.
Since shutdown -r still works, I can request a reboot, and I've done a lot of installs + have a very active site that can't afford downtime, I don't think it's worth it.
Does anyone know what this testing would entail? Would their be downtime, memory loss, or possibility of them making me move to a different server?
