US Bank account?

Anybody know where I can get a US bank account for people like me living in Asia?

Reason is I need PayPal account to work with some of my clients and because of those fraud users, paypal does not accept registration from where I'm from.

Hi guys,
Since you are all from Malaysia, why don't you go to Singapore to open a banking account? It is much easier to manage your account in Singapore compare to US.

Just my 2 cents...

I do not quite understand how you could get a US bank account when your not a US "_" It doesn't make that much since to me. Same with anywhere.
