Hi, does anybody know if 2checkout is down ? I try to go to the sites, but it actually push a file to be download.

Same thing happens to me.
Must be another one of 2checkout's famous outages

Seems to be working fine for me. Experience has shown that using their full address (http://www.2checkout.com) tends to work better than visiting without the "www." May want to give that a shot..or perhaps it was just a momentary burp.
