Video Game Media launches press service

Hey what's up? Yesterday, Video Game Media (http://www.vgmedia.com) opened up it's doors to video game journalists everywhere, offering all video game related press materials, including movies, screenshots, fact sheets, game art, press releases, and over 450 company listings in our directory.

By the end of the week the layout will be slightly cleaned up, and a large number of new features will be added to the site.

The site is registration only, as we have to approve the sites that get in, but we review all applications within 24 hours and we are fairly lenient on allowing sites in.

So if you run a video game or entertainment site, you may want to consider joining Video Game Media. By the way, it's free!

Feel free to comment on the site/layout too, I am always looking for feedback. Keep in mind we are going to be fixing many small problems with the site this week.

-Vinnie

nice design

- text on the buttons is kinda small
- text in the content area is somewhat squished...try expanding that block
- if the black box around the content block is not an iframe, drop it...takes away valuble content space and loses the look of the site

We updated the layout a little, but a final version should be out by Friday.

Nice layout, but I do have to agree with the others.

- all images are terribly blurry and hard to read.
- loading time is a bit extended, but ok.
- the colors don't really go with a "video game site."
- and as ozgression said, it is all squished as well.

4.0 out of 10.0

Sorry, but it could use a lot more work.

Personally, I don't like it. It just doesn't seem right and it's blurry.
