Does anyone besides FluidHosting offer FreeBSD VPS (or actual dedicated servers) on pure InterNAP bandwidth? I find FH's prices to be unrealistic, and would use Dinix but they only offer Linux.
And preferably, I'd like to know of places with websites that have actual prices on them.

vafs,
give nick at dinix (wht username: nickn) a shout, he *may* be able to help you out.
alternatively, is there a reason you are dead set on internap specifically? expanding your horizons to other equally stable, but less image-endowed providers may enhance your options =]

Thanks for the tip, Rusko. I will contact him.
I would consider Peer1 (in New York only) to be somewhat comparable to InterNAP. I think it's basically the same concept but fewer bandwidth providers, yes? C&W and UUnet, or something like that? If you know, tell me. I'm sure that could be good, too.
What I'm not looking for is bad networking that pretends to be like InterNAP. I've tried ServerCentral's network (who claims to use InterNAP as their "primary provider") and it's not anything close to pure InterNAP (or possibly Peer1 at NYC location). Rogue networks like IBIS7 and Allegiance are used far more often for the traffic. I certainly don't consider NAC to be comparable, either.

I've heard good things about jvds, but alas I am looking for the upper 1% of network quality (and east coast or midwest).

Dinix has pure internap bandwidth or gblx with internap failover if I'm not mistaken.

The VPS's use pure InterNAP. With the dedicateds you have a choice of InterNAP Incoming with GLBX out (with InterNAP failover) or pure InterNAP.
I didn't believe the craze about InterNAP at first. I always thought that about 6 providers BGP'ed toghet was better, then I used InterNAP. I used to use InterNAP but recently switched to The Planet. The Planet's network is good, but I can feel a noticeable difference when browsing web sites I host. InterNAP is just simply - awesome. I plan on switching back very soon.
