Well im now choosing between business and personal account for paypal....
i read that for business account you can accept credit card payment but there is a tax for receiving money. Im wondering, if the tax applies for normal paypal money transfer too ?

my understanding is that can accept payments made from paypal accounts that used credit cards to fill their account.
But that could be wrong

I am aware of a $0.50 fee for the transfer of fund from a bank account to a PayPal account and from a PayPal account to a bank account. I have a business account and have recieved money free of charge, however, these were not credit card payments.

No, not necessarily. If the PayPal purchaser used a credit card to put the money in their account, then transferred the already existing money to the person they wanted to buy the selected product or service from, that, I would think, eliminate the fee.

What are you guys talking about?
Paypal takes the taxes no matter what, its like 3% and 30 cents or so per transaction. Business/Premier are the only ways to accept any paypal payments. Personal is sending money only.
Get a business account if you have a business
That simple. It is free to withdraw/add funds from bank.
If you want to accept credit cards direct get authorize.net
A less professional Solution to Auth.Net but better then paypal:
Paysystems,2checkout
