I'm just wondering what additional features I could offer as a host, so far I have the following:

-Additional Bandwidth
-Bulk Bandwidth Block
-SSL Certificate
-Disk Space Block

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I wouldn't call those features, but more additions. I think they would be offered regardless. I personally view features as things such as SiteStudio.

Well, I'm talking about anything that I could offer clients additionally. So yes, I am looking for additions.

you could offer fantastico as the auto-installer.

good for customers, but that wouldnt be something you would charger extra for

The #1 feature you can offer is excellent support, if you offer that the customers will come and they will stay.

A couple different add-ons you could offer are:

dedicated ip address
web-design services
etc....

Already offered, but thanks anyway. And support will be my number one concern, like you said, they'll come and they'll stay.
