Seems to be down including all my sites as of 4:45PM EST. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I didn't notice anything either. Perhaps it was an ISP issue, but I was present during that timeframe and noticed nothing.

nopes not me either..
nor the monitoring services had any alerts...
do you use a monitiring service to check the outage first..
as most of the times.. these are ISP outages.. which only lasts 5010 minutes..

Your server must be the one with smoke coming out of it that I can see on the webcam 
(not had any problems still  )

I had this problem earlier (may 03 - sept 03 I changed services as it was unresolved) because I am in Asia. Others could not access the sites from parts of southeast Asia or at times Australia. I was informed that the problem was due to poor peering for their Asian network. Perhaps your problem might be similiar, if the problem reoccurs have those who can access your sites post their location. This might not be your problem, but at least you will be able to troubleshoot and/or find a resolution for this one possible issue.
