Anyone looking for a part-time web hosting support person?

Mod forums,
Provide:
AIM
ICQ
Yahoo
MSN Messenger support.
And help with any other support you offer whether it is ticket systems or something else.
Also if you provide web site design I can help out with that too.
I am a quick learner so if there is some other stuff you need me to do I will learn how to do it fast so I can help.
I am willing to work for web hosting or for free.
I just would like to get some experience working with web hosts.
The only small problem is that I'm 14 so I can only work at certain times (after school)
