modernbill

Hi:

We have setup two order forms on our modernbill system. Even though we had it setup before where /order would have our reseller plans and /order3 our shared hosting packages, it brings up only our shared hosting packages on both order forms. This happened mysteriously as it was fully functional a couple of days ago.

Any ideas on how to set this manually, or why this even happened?

Thanks
Ajeesh

I believe there is a bug in the latest versions of Modernbill that causes this problem. We have experienced the same thing when a prospective customer looks at the reseller pricing and shared hosting pricing.

I posted this to the Modernbill forums quite a while ago and they verified that what I said was true, but have not yet fixed it.

I had noticed this as well but I also noticed that it only does it when I visit the order form from the same computer (which was driving me nuts when I was testing the new forms....I have 6 different ones I had to test).

If I access the forms from a remote computer (or clear the history from mine) and enter the URL, it works fine and brings up the correct form with the correct table.

Try passing in the v=X parameter. Doing it this way will ensure that the variable is always set and there is no need to create multiple directories.

NOTE: Assuming you are using 4.1.2

me too, i have set 3 order forms for different product lines, it worked fine on some of the computer on some day, but it also happens when a customer ordered product 1, then cancelled, change order form 2 to order product 2, then the order form for product 2 won't show, it will only show order from for product one.
i am sure my settings are right, i use index?v=X, and it works fine on some days. Did search but no luck.

Maybe try a upgrade later. now using 4.1.0
