I worked at web host company for a year (Sept. 2002- Nov. 2003). I worked as a helpdesk support technician, pre-sales, accounts (Billing, Account Set-Up/Management). I also managed the web host company’s forums, domain services and installed/upgraded software on their systems. I worked on a flexible hour schedule which included hours ranging from 10 to sometimes 40 hours a week. (Depending on the work load and if any problems arose.)
