We purchased a live helper script from
http://livehelp.stardevelop.com about a week ago - and when we were integrating it with our new site design, and found that the javascript it uses conflicted with what we were using on our website, disabling our links…
Anyways I email them within an hour they were looking into it, 3 days later they had a fix for me!
Their program is awesome! We host it on our own servers, and it has a Windows App that we use to connect to it, so we don’t risk closing a browser window by mistake!
There have been a lot of threads on the best live help scripts – and I believe this one would have to be the best! Yes you have to pay for it – but it’s quite cheap when you have a look around at other software!
What’s really great about Star Develop is that they are an Aussie company too!
Anyways just through I’d let you guys know about it!
We're going to purchase a second licence very soon!
