Authorize.net & Fees

I was just looking at Authorize.net's page and I can't seem to find fees anywhere. What does it cost to use their services?

Authorizenet.com is just a gateway. You still need a processor - those are listed under their resellers.

I have two clients that just switched. One was paying Authorizenet.com $30.00 & another one was paying them $20.00 to use the gateway. It seems their resellers charge whatever they feel like.

chak, you may want to do a search here on this forum under "Authorize.Net resellers" or "Merchant Accounts" or look on the Merchant Account Comparison spreadsheet that VanHost built.

That will give you a list of various companies who offer Authorize.Net along with comments from merchants who have actually used their services.

That way you can compare price, features, and peer reviews to give yourself a true apples-to-apples comparison between various providers.

Take a look at e-online data. They have partnered with Authorize.net and offer the complete solution...

Reasonable pricing abd above average support.

Hope this helps...

I am currently using Authorized.net. My experience with this company is suck. This company is not reliable. Down many many times within a month. And like 2-3 times a day. When I wrote them an email, they always gave me an excuse blah blah blah. This company is rarely return your calls. When you call them, you'll always hit their voice mail. And never return your call. Suck! the worst company I have exprienced with.

Are you referring to authorize.net (not sure if you meant to put the "d" there)? I have never had an instance where they were down, at least not in the last two months. I've only had to call once and it was answered after a few rings.

Sorry for miss spelling. OK again, I'm currently using Authorize.net.

I'm just want to clear it out now. There is a confusion over my head. Authorize.net is working great. What I'm upset about is my e-commerce solution provider company, CartSupport.com. Cartsupport.com is suck and make me lost lots of money. Down many many times. I'm looking to switch to a new company now. Do you have any recommendation? My website is a static website.
