I am not sure is this the right forum to post. but it's really a headache problem for me . how to get quality traffic quickly.
there's lots of pop-under/popup advertisers on the net. are they working ?

Yes, this is the wrong forum. I'm sure a mod will move your thread.

In the meantime, avoid pop-ups/unders. They may bring traffic to your site, but the annoyance is comparable to spam. I personally find them unethical in the point of extreme annoyance.

Otherwise? Try a PPC search engine. http://google.com http://overture.com http://ispcheck.com etc

You should learn about search engine optimization and on line promotions. Overture is only part of the equation.

Hmm... personally, I don't think such programme works because you need targetted visitors (I believe you are running hosting services?) but not lots of untargetted hits. Getting untargetted hits will also drain your site bandwidth.

As for advertising in web hosting talk, it should be a good way too.
