I have servers on the same network (nlayer) and haven't had any troubles.

I have never had any downtime with hostany, the only time was with the power failure in eXchange datacenter and the scheduled mantinence, I've had a pretty good experience with them and been with them about 7 months.

does anyone know who i could call in regards to my hostany account? I've sent them over 10 emails about my site and haven't gotten one response.
is there any other way of getting in contact with these guys?
