Hello...

I need a question answered for a client, so please bare with me as I've gone from c/c++ programmer, to web designer, to web dev/programmer, to sysAdmin to marketing/advertising/seo chap, all in two years, and I'm getting dizzy..hehehe

What is usally the base advertising cost stated for a 468X60 per month, on average? I have let her know it is around $20, depending on hits. But, I also told her I could implement a rotating system that could be percentage based($20 for x, $10 for half of x impression, and $40 for 2 times X impressions). Would this be the norm?

Local music community/calendar/event station. Ages 21 to 35, men and women. Average to lower incomes. Average race is white. Ave conn is 56k, AOL/CS/WMconnect specifically.

Most likely you've already taken care of this, but I'd say go even higher. She is going to make money off this, so $100 a month would be fairly generous.
