Need new registrar
I am tired of bulkregister and am looking for a new one. These are my requirements:
Must interface with modernbill
New domains for under $8 per year
phone support
ability to cancel fraudulent orders and get a refund
"private label" interface for my customers to login and manage their domains
I signed up with enom, but so far I am frustrated. I can't find any docs to explain how to get started as a reseller or how my customers can manage their domains etc. and getting basic questions answered is a 24 hour helpdesk turnaround. I can't deal with that.
All advice appreciated

You should post your enom questions here, a lot of forum regulars are/were enom users. You get a much quicker reply.

I too am frustrated with Bulkregister. Just like their other company (alabanza) they charge more than everyone else and give mediocre service. I'm investigating options this weekend an will post my finding here

Well... I know this could be off topic but, may I know why you guys (rbro & giantstep) are unsatisfied with BulkRegister?
I'm thinking of signing up with them for a new project, so I will appreciate if you share your experiences with me.
Thanks!
Greetings,
Eboy

Start a seperate thread for bulkregister please if you want to talk about bulkregister.
As for this thread, enom's support is very slow as of late. www.onlinenic.com might be worth looking into. I dont use modernbill, so I have no idea what integrates. Contacting them and asking might work better than the other way around.

Maybe because he is looking something like a reseller program
Kohashi: I will, but I would have preferred to start the discussion here, since two members posted their comments already. Mods could separate this thread if the need arises anyway

Hi, I'm new
All I wanted was one domain name for my personal site, so I was doing research and got a bit confused by opposing opinions. But the quote above confused me completely.
I see 29.95 at enom and 8.88 at namecheap. Isn't it a reason to not go to the source?
Or I don't understand something?

thats "retail" price for an individual domain, we're *arguing* about wholesale price as a reseller, @ enom you can deposit $495 and they'll let you regsiter domains @ 8.95 each (or you can ask a friendly enom resller to create you a free account which does the same thing)

Jumps in: NameCheap and Registerfly are both enom right? Also, being an eNom reseller, who handles technical support queries.
