Sounds like age descrimination Why not over 21?

Actually, it probably would be. You can't advertise age requirements like that, least not in the U.S., (I realize you might be elsewhere on this blue marble).

I think he said he asked for people between 16-21...he didn't state it was a requirement...just a request.

Eh, why did you mention the over 21 aspect and not the under 16? Young people are routinely discriminated against and nobody complains.

Sorry, that was really off-topic. You can remove it if you'd like, just somethin I'm slightly bitter about.

This is getting way off-topic, but I was just teasing. That's why there was a grin.

Again, in the US, there are laws that govern employment under the age of 16. It's not skill or professionalism, it's just the way it is.
