Anyone have experience with bidflux auction software? It seems to be feature rich. How is it as far as speed server load? Customer Support?

I don't have any experience with BidFlux per se, as I am starting to look at it as well. When you go to their site, it is very professional, as well as the demo.

My concerns thus far includes a lack of response on questions I have submitted as part of the pre-sales process. In addition, there are several threads on programmingtalk.com about customers enthusiastic about the product but are frustrated to due to customer support issues.

Anyone who has experience deploying BidFlux or have had successful experiences please post here--I'm trying to find good news.

Might be tad expensive if the customer support isn't the best though
