Exchange Rates

Not sure where this would go other than ecommerce, so I'll whack it here and let a mod move it.

I want to know if there is a place where I can get a free data feed for exchange rates.

Something in CSV, or anything really, so long as I could pass this to a script.

Is there such a thing? or will I need to subscribe to something.

Yeah, I saw that one, but it's for windows

I'm writing a script that will convert amounts to the specified currency, so I need to be able to get access to some sort of feed online.

I though there would be a big bank that would supply this sort of thing, but can't seem to find anything in google.

If I have to pay, then I have to pay
XE have a paid feed for $540pa

Thanks anyway

My mom works at Wells Fargo and she told me the exchange rates constantly change. I'm not sure if she told me this, but I believe the exchange goes up depending on the amount of money you are trading in.

Really?

Didn't know that.

I'm not really looking for up-to-the-minute rates, just maybe something once per day, in a text file I could download.

Thanks guys,

but, no, thats not what I'm after, I'm after the raw data so I can pass this to my application.

For example, I would like to display in one or more currencies and then convert that to my native currency when processing payments.

Raw data as in: USD|1.00,AUD|0.7534,NZD|0.9874 etc

Then I can split this and pass it into an array.
