Hello

I have a domain that uses an other mail server. I have their MX record set up in the DNS.

When I send an email to somebody on that domain (using Exim that's on the same server) the email is placed in the user inbox on the local machine instead of being re-routed to their mail server defined in the MX record.

Is there a way to tell Exim that this particular domain mail server is not local, and that it should check the MX record to see where to send it.

remove the domain from /etc/localdomains

is that file only used by Exim? Any side effects?
