Does anyone know what shopping cart this is?

Might be a custom built one, but it doesnt seem to flow as well as most packaged solutions.

I haven't found anyone else who has it...I thought it was interesting to have an online help section on how to use the cart...

Of course if the cart very user friendly as it should be, you don't need the help section
