rotmax,

Get used to it. Ezzi has caused me enough problems, infact, if they cause you any loss of business, make sure that you keep a log of that loss.

Then, find yourself an attorney if you've accumulated a large financial loss, caused by Ezzi's incompetent service.

Are you sure they are liable for your losses? I think the best they can do is to compensate up to 100% of your hosting fee.

I'm no expert in the legal field, but it would seem reasonable to me that if ezzi.net's incompetence caused you financial losses due to the fact they didn't provide you with the service they promised, then they would have to compensate you in some way.

But, of course, I am no expert.

You will find most hosting companies have something in their TOS that basically says they can't be held responsible for loss

Most companies in general have clauses in their contracts/TOSes that limit their liability to the value of the service/good purchased - Was this yet another power issue at Ezzi? The majority of their outages tend to be power related these days...
