hi there.
widly used paypal is not for india..well people can send money to india via westenr union..but not via paypal.
well every e-commerce company wished paypal for india.
BUT NO PAY PAL>

ey is there any good payment ateway where we have no setup fees...and cheap transactions where we can get money instantly.
i offer webhosting but i find a great problem.
please let me know any payment gate way without setup fees and not much transaction fees...in india.

Have not used them, have not direct experience, but seems interesting.
