A search will tell you much about them. Being in the hosting market as they are, you can take my opinion or leave it. However, after reading over the posts about the company and ones just like it, you'd be much safer going with a real company. I know the figures that they offer are very appealing, however I can assure you that prices that cheap are simply not possible. Not only does the actual hardware and software cost, but also the support staff and the rest of the business costs. Prices like that simply won't hold up unless you're stuffed on an overcrowded server. Best to look for a new provider. Take a look at the offers forum, and if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is.
