I'm wondering exactly how these two systems are similar and what their differences are.. Would someone mind going through some of the aspects and functions of these two systems?

I've never used WHMAutopilot, just ModernBill. Here is a brief list of features it includes:

Client Management
Client Billing/Invoicing
Signup / Package Management
Intergrated Payment Gateway Compatibility
Client Helpdesk (in my opinion this portion needs some work)
Revenue Reporting

To name a few at least. ModernBill has A LOT of features. Plus, we are currently running the previous version...the new one has a LOT more features added. We will be upgrading shortly.
