Desperate: have you ever seen a hosting site with this template

this is the template i want to see how it is before purchase. i am going to buy very soon, so if you have ever seen it please reply with the site you saw it on? (no template sites, a site that has bought it or using it)

As far as I can say, nope.
I prefer to do my own work, though.
Yes, I've bought some templates, but never have I left them as they were.

It says its been downloaded 4 times. Not sure if that is correct or not, but I assumed that is what the feature represents.
