I use Perl Desk, but would rate Kayako. I have sent several support tickets to perldesk (as a paid customer) and my issue never got resolved, now my time is up. Support at Perl Desk.... Two Thumb down.

Sure do.

I like PerlDesk, great features, great price, easy to use..

I find it the perfect desk for my company.

It is good, but would you want to pay off all those unwanted features.

eSupport support is slow as well (so I have been told).

Kayako is much better than PerlDesk. However, for the price/quality, you should go with PerlDesk. PD is a lot cheaper than Kayako but it has less functions and support seems to be slow those days.

Varun @ Kayako is happy to work with us to find solutions to our problems and the software simply rocks.

Big praise at eSupport here!
