Hello all. I am pulling my hair out as cobaltracks won't even talk to me.
I now have to fix this myself and i don't know much about linux.
Please suggest possible solutions to this problem. Outlook 2002 keeps asking for the password again. The password is correct and works with GUI and FTP and when i finally give up and press cancel of the 'Enter Correct Password' box the following error comes
the server responded: -ERR [SYS/TEMP] Failed to create /var/spool/mail/.username.pop with uid 552, gid 100. change permissions.
by the way the /var/spool/mail/ is empty.
