Mail like HiveMail

I was looking at http://hivemail.com/ and was wondering. Are there any things like this for support use? For example, thet have email templates?

Thanks,

I've seen the mailyoulike guy spamming on other webmail program forums.. sad really. He makes out to be interested then starts tearing them apart when he should really just focus on working on his on programs or get out of the biz as he just seems to make a fool of himself.

Another program i've come accross is http://www.socketmail.com which looks rather good.

Basically you want a 'pretty' helpdesk..?

Or if his account is disabled, it doesn't really matter..

And your point is? I don't think we're killing any inocent animals by posting to an older thread? Are we breaking some sort of international law against updating a thread thats X days old? Perhaps a thread should be locked after X days if its such an awefull thing to post to an older thread? Or, you could just quit your whining

Then shouldn't this thread be locked?

I got in on the HiveMail $25 each sale a while ago, wow that was hot.

That may be true, however he's probably not the only one looking for such a script. I've seen a few hivemail / socketmail threads pop up lately and i think if users do a search they might find this thread at least partially important in making their decision.

I can see why posting to a thread thats old with irrelivent information might get under your skin, but if we have something to add that pertains to the subject, I really don't see anything wrong with that.
